User Management and Setup
User assigned role - Users are assigned role (i.e. Employee, Manager, Supervisor, Director, Owner) and is assigned to a “Direct Report” for purposes of administrating system and providing access/limiting view to features.
User assigned to sites - Users are assigned to sites limiting information that is available to specific sites as assigned to users.
User permissions/alert preferences established - User is authorized to be able to create work orders and determine how “Alerts” are managed.
User miscellaneous information stored - User may have compliance information, expiration dates, or reference numbers that require tracking.
